Shipping Manager

Job description: We are currently looking for an individual with experience in shipping furniture both the locally and nationally. The Shipping Manager works closely with the Production and Sales teams to ensure items go out in a timely manner. Customer Service is also an important role as the Shipping Manager will provide sales reps and clients with tracking information, shipping quotes and eta's. Customer Service 

Job description: Our Customer Service Associate will provide an ideal experience for our loyal clients. The position will include updating clients with status, overseeing the coordination of repairs locally and nationally, repsonding quickly to any customer service issues with a calm, professional demeanor and updating clients and ModShop staff to any backorders, delays, damages etc. This position requires an individual with a thick skin and the ability to deal with high levels of stress. The right candidate can smooth over and help to quickly rectify the various issues that arise normally within this industry and do so in a professional, positive manner. Interns

Job description: Ideal for design students and individuals interested in learning about the process of custom furniture manufacturing. Our interns help out wherever help is needed. This is a great way to learn the ins and outs of custom furniture and add to your resume. We are happy to provide letters of rec and even the possibility of employment to stellar interns.

Daily tasks will include:

• helping with all facets of production
• assisting production staff
• communicating with stores
• assisting with fabrics, finishes, sample requests, etc.
