This is a magnificent, modern and luxurious villa situated in the centre of Ibiza, approximately 15 min drive from Ibiza Town; near St Gertrudis, with views onto Dalt Vila with the sea and Formentera in the distance. With a living area of approximately 1000 m2 on a plot of 11.000 m2, the villa has plenty of space; there are 4 bedrooms in the main house (1 master suite, 1 grand suite and 2 double suites) and 2 additional separate double suites. The villa opted for a minimalist style yet comfy and very beautiful; the design concept called for a limited palate of clean, defined materials to emphasize the open plan. White was chosen as color for walls, floors and some furniture while grey color makes great accent on the state-of-the-art professional kitchen, the stairs and some parts of the interior.

This residence designed by Andrés Jaque Arquitectos in Ibiza, Spain is an environmental project aimed at preserving the beauty of its natural surroundings while the use of an aquamarine color keeps the continuity between the inside and the outside.The house consists of three parts: a main house and two huts. These three elements have distant views of the sea and their separation allows an easy division of the garden.

The astonishing Ibiza in Spain was the perfect place to construct the bright Casa Jondal. Occupying 380 square meters, the residence captures the barrier between Spanish rustic style elements of architecture and modern design elements. Two large volumes were adjoined to shape a structure that displays concrete bricks on the outside and ceramic bricks on the inside. The first volume shelters the master bedroom filled with natural light, while the second volume comprises the exceptional guest bedroom. With sliding steel frames at the entrance, Casa Jondal is a home perfectly addapted to its environment and modern necessities. The 485 square meters Mediterranean-style courtyard exploits the outside space as a continuation of the inside space. Fortunately, the Spanish weather allows for a long swimming pool along the main volume to be used to its full potential. Designed by the Catalan architect Jaime Serra from Atlant Del Vent , the Ibiza dream house looks like the perfect residence for an enjoyable lifestyle.
